You say you love heaven, but do you love the KoG?
Where the slaves and prisoners are set free,
and there are people who don’t look like you and me?

You say you love heaven, but hate empathy,
Did you know every tear will be
wiped from their eyes
and gone will be their infirmaries?

You say you love heaven,
but you hate unity
you feed off division
& spread lies like weeds.

You say you love heaven,
but did you know it’s not in the sky-
it’s where heaven meets earth,
it’s not when you die.

You say you love heaven,
but can’t you see
women & trans will sit at the table
while you are underneath wailing
“Why, why, won’t they serve me,
and comfort me?”

You say you love heaven,
and yet cannot see
you hate what is good, but love RELIGIOUSITY
you love your laws on a page and bible verses to read
but despise justice, truth & humility.
you hate science, though the laws of nature
are plain for all to see
because for you that means you can’t take everything in your book Literally.

You say you love heaven, but would rather worship a king
rather than follow the spirit of freedom and harmony
You say you love heaven,
but yet cannot see,
your life is not on clouds,
but here on the streets.
